Holmfirth Consulting Limited training services can support:
- System overview education
- Module training
- Specific training for business purpose
For example, in the
initial stages of a project, we can provide a generic overview of
the system using standard, demo data. This can be useful to
understand broadly how DynamicsAX operates. However DynamicsAX is such a very configurable solution, and more focussed training can
be provided to support the training requirements for a new
implementation project. In that case, the training will be geared to
business needs and the requirement to create a number of
high-quality, trained, core client personnel.
Between these two
extremes of overview education and detailed training, we can also
provide module training on the specific aspects of the system, in
terms of its standard use and configurable possibilities. By way of
example, such training may encompass Sales Order Processing,
covering all aspects of the process such as:
- Sales Order Entry
- Credit Control
- Stock Availability and Planning
- Picking
- Despatching
- Invoicing
- Payment
Such “end-to-end”
slices through the business can assist understanding and clarify how
the system should be configured in an individual case.
Training is usually a joint client/system supplier task, and can be
